Where will the watch ship from.

It will ship from Hong Kong by Fedex to most countries. If Fedex is not possible we will send by EMS. Currently no shipping to USA except you have a Fedex account number.
How long is the warranty?

12 months from the original date of purchase. The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover: Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, magnetization, accidents, normal wear and tear, unauthorized work, scratches, chipping or any other damage to the crystal or watchcase strap or accessories.
Do I have to pay tax or customs duties?

Most probably yes, depending on your country. We will pay for shipping but you have to cover customs or import fees.
Can I return the watch if I don't like it?

Yes but you have to cover shipping costs both ways and the watch has to be in unworn condition.
How long will it take until I receive the watch?

In the average about 5 business days but that differs from country to country. It will ship next business day after we receive the order and you will get a tracking number to trace the parcel.
